I'm Cathy Hill and I love working in an industry where I get to witness amazing transformations in people every day. 

Having my own experience in unhealthy eating habits when I was younger, and challenges around healthful living habits, I know first hand how daunting it can be to begin the journey of living healthy and being fit. Over the last 15 years, I've grown into a place where I'm living the life I've always wanted to live, in a body that is healthier and more fit than it's ever been.

I never have an agenda for my clients other than giving my all to motivate, inspire, and assist them to achieve any and all goals that are important to them.

I've worked with a broad range of people over the past 12 years as a trainer, from athletes training for events and people trying to take their fitness to new levels to new Moms trying to lose their "baby" weight and clients recovering from injuries and surgeries.  I am committed to my clients and at the same time ask them for their commitment to working hard and staying the course long enough to get results. I provide private and group personal training, fitness boot camps, yoga instruction, and more.

My latest certification is in wellness coaching, which compliments the physical work I do with my clients. My wellness programs incorporate science-based coaching methods aimed at helping people define their goals and reach them in realistic time frames.
